Self-Love Group
This group is led by an exercise therapist and involves 12 sessions over 6 weeks. This group is for those 9-13 years old. The group is designed to build confidence and connection with peers while incorporating gentle movement. Registration is currently open but there are limited spots available. This group will run in March 2025.

Interoception Group
This group led by an exercise therapist, involves two sessions a week for six weeks. This group is for those 7-9 years old. The group is designed to help children recognize and identify their body signals to build their emotional literacy. Registration is currently open but there are limited spots available. This group will run in March 2025.

Little Knowledge Seekers
This group is led by an experienced teacher and involves 8 sessions over 4 weeks. The group is designed to teach the foundational skills of phonological, and phonemic awareness, and to help with building their writing skills. This group is for little learners aged 6-9 who may need extra practice or support. Registration is currently open but there are limited spots available. This group will run in February 2025.

Forming Healthy Habits
This group is led by an exercise therapist. This group will involve 12 sessions over four weeks. This group is designed to teach teens how to incorporate healthy habits into their day such as breathing, mindfulness, movement, and to develop a sleep routine. Registration is currently open but there are limited spots available. This group will run in April 2025.

Learning Biking Skills
This group is led by an occupational therapist and pediatric exercise therapist. This group will involve 12 sessions over three weeks. The group is designed to help your child improve their independence, whether it is on two wheels or using training wheels. There will also be a focus on crossing the road safely and parents will be involved in two of the twelve sessions, but are welcome to be involved in more. Registration is currently open but there are limited spots available. The group will run at the end of June 2025.
